UITS presents Bootcamp for 2025 JHS Leavers
UITS presents Bootcamp for 2025 JHS Leavers this 14th July 2025 to 15th August 2025 at the UITS/SRC Computer Lab (Commercial Area) from 10am – 12:30am via both in-person and online(teams) mode.
The goal of this programme is to spark productivity among our young ones in the use of popular cloud services. Topics to be treated are as follows:
Module 1: Getting productive with in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Power point)
Module 2: Getting productive with Microsoft 365 (collaborating with Word, Excel and PowerPoint online)
Module 3: Getting productive with Google (collaborating with Document, Google spreadsheets, Google forms, Google sites, Google Scripts Programming)
Participants will receive certificate of competency at the end of the programme after they complete a capstone project.
The onboarding process is as follows:
- Register ward online to express interest here: https://forms.office.com/r/L4TEPrLMbt
- Make payment of GHS 800.00 into the UITS account. Eligibly indicate on the pay-in-slip the following:
- Payer: Name of Parent/Guardian
- Reason for payment: UITS JHS Bootcamp 2025 (NAME OF WARD/JHS LEAVER) - Send a copy of the Pay-In-Slip (PIS) to bootcamp.uits@knust.edu.gh and keep the original PIS.
- Present PIS at the registration table during the opening ceremony to complete registration and get an official receipt.
