About UITS
The UITS is the main provider of Information and Communications Technology (ICT) services across the University. It is responsible for the development and acquisition of ICT Infrastructure and services to drive the University’s core business of teaching, learning, research, and its related administrative activities.
UITS offers IT services that meet the requirements of people and processes in the most cost-effective way. It is governed through the University’s Information and Communication Technology Management Committee and Subcommittee. They are responsible for the formulation of policies and regulations to guide the exploitation and use of ICT in the University. It also plays an advisory role to management on ICT-related issues.
